Thank you for your enquiry for viewing a property with us, we are pleased to advise that we are able to carry out viewings whilst also adhering to the current government guidelines to help limit exposure to the virus whilst we are still navigating our way out of this pandemic so with your help we hope to be able to book you a slot to see what may be your new home soon! 

 

Just a quick reminder of viewings etiquette at present - please ensure when attending your appointment to follow the below guidelines;

• Wear face coverings (unless excemption certificate can be produced)
• Sanitise/wash hands prior to entry and limit touch points as much as possible
• A maximum of two adults attending the viewing
• No more than one household viewing at any one time
• No children allowed into the property, or if unavoidable they are accompanied by an adult at all times and limited surface contact adhered to
• Maintaining social distancing

 

We would also ask that prior to your booking and to make sure the property fits your criteria and you view the Virtual Tour if one is available.

As the general awareness for symptoms and possible exposure associated with COVID-19 are well known now we would ask that you make sure that you do not attend your appointment with any known symptoms of the virus, if you have been told to self-isolate or may have been in contact with anyone who could potentially have infected you. We ask that you are open and honest with us about any information concerning COVID-19 that you think we should be aware of to help keep each other safe.
