Our outline of viewings etiquette is below we ask that you read and adhere to this before attending any viewings booked with Little Mansions:

• For safety of our staff only persons that have been declared to us prior to booking may be permitted to enter the property. If attending with friends or family it is important to notify us of this ahead of your viewing to avoid disappointment as they may be refused entry.
• No more than 3 adults may view at any one time.
• Children must be kept under supervision at all times by a responsible adult.
• Please ensure you have photo ID available if requested.
• If you are viewing on behalf of an applicant please note it will be a requirement to meet in person before being able to accept an application.
• Passports will be required to satisfy right to rent checks if successful in an application, it can be helpful to bring this to your appointment.
• Please ensure you remove footwear when entering a property or use shoe covers provided.
• Any damages caused by you when visiting one of our properties will be claimed for in liability as damages so please ensure care and consideration when viewing our properties.
• Should the property you are viewing be occupied you must be respectful of the occupants personal belongings. It is essential to avoid any claims of misconduct that you remain with the viewing representative at all times.
• Following viewing a property we appreciate your feedback and ask you to reply to your feedback request when received.
