However we do understands that occasionally problems can arise, due to this we welcome all feedback and suggestions that can contribute to rectifying these issues.

How to make a complaint

In most cases any issues can be resolved with a phone call – 01785 227 881.

If your complaint has not been resolved by this then we ask you send it to us in writing via:

Our complaints procedure

We shall forward your complaint to the relevant person / department and try to resolve the issue straight away. We shall discuss this with you via phone or email.

If we cannot come to an immediate solution we shall investigate and acknowledge your complaint within 7 days of receiving it and pass your complaint onto a Director of the firm.

A Director shall then investigate your complaint further and liaise with you via email responding within 4 weeks.

Contacting the Property Ombudsman

If we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks or you have received in writing from us that you have exhausted our internal complaints procedure you may refer your complaint to the property ombudsman.

Please note complaints can not be dealt with by The Property Ombudsman if:

  • You have not sent your complaint to us in writing.
  • Your complaint is being, or has been, dealt with by a court or similar body.
  • Your complaint refers to something that happened before we were a member of the TPO Scheme or more than 12 months before you complained in writing to the letting agent.
  • You refer your complaint to the Ombudsman more than six months after the date of the letting agent’s final viewpoint letter.
