We are an independent company that specialises in residential lettings and pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service to both landlords and tenants. In 2009 we expanded our business further after 7 years of growth and we’re proud to open our first office in our home town of Stafford. After a swift success, we then grew our family again with a second office in the popular Market town of Uttoxeter.

From start to finish our Landlords enjoy working with a small team which means there is always someone who can help with their query and always a experienced property manager at hand to help. We aim to find the perfect Tenant and continue to assist both parties throughout the Tenancy continuing a seamless service. All our property managers work closely together supporting each other to ensure we deliver to our own high expectations.

Our Maintenance Service
We use a sophisticated online system where tenants can report maintenance to us 24/7. Our on call team are always monitoring the system for any emergencies and even out of hours work hard behind the scenes to ensure our Tenants are not inconvenienced for long and our properties are protected. The system allows a Tenant to report multiple issues to us with plenty of detail and supporting photos so we can assess the problem easily and efficiently. The system will also help troubleshoot the job before we instruct a contractor. If there is a need for a call-out we will be alerted in the branch as soon as the tenant reports it and then we can manage the job, refer to the landlord and instruct a contractor whilst the tenant is kept up to date with every action taken – keeping everyone in the loop. As a landlord you also have your own access to the online portal where you can view pending maintenance and any related notes. We even have out of hours assistance for emergencies.
