We are an independent company that specialises in residential lettings and pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service to both landlords and tenants. In 2009 we expanded our business further after 7 years of growth and we’re proud to open our first office in our home town of Stafford. After a swift success, we then grew our family again with a second office in the popular Market town of Uttoxeter.

Our team work tirelessly to ensure a professional and efficient service, looking after all our customers with care and commitment. From start to finish our Landlords enjoy a personal service with their very own Property Manager who is at hand to work with them closely using their experience and knowledge. We aim to find the perfect Tenant and continue to assist both parties throughout the Tenancy continuing a seamless service. The team works very closely together supporting each other to ensure we deliver to our own high expectations.

Our Innovative Marketing
We know how important the marketing of the property is and we want to make sure that we show it in its best light. We use professional software which allows clients to experience all our properties as a virtual tour before they need to visit so opportunities won’t be missed and we can provide options in the current climate where a physical viewing may not be possible. The Virtual tour is supported by plenty of photos of the property, a full property description, brochures and window cards. We have eye-catching marketing boards and tenants are able to find all of our available properties on our website or whilst searching on major property portals.

Our Maintenance Service
We use a sophisticated online system FIXFLO where a tenant can report maintenance to us 24/7. The software will allow a Tenant to report their issue to us with plenty of detail and supporting photos so we can assess the problem easily and efficiently. The system will also help troubleshoot the job beforehand to see if it’s something that can be easily remedied without costing you money. If there is a need for a call-out we will be alerted in the branch as soon as the tenant reports it and then we can manage the job, refer to the landlord and instruct a contractor whilst the tenant is kept up to date with every action taken – keeping everyone in the loop.
