Laura has experience from her previous role in tenant well-being and property care before joining us in 2024 which has assisted her with settling in expertly to life with us in Lettings and property management where she can use many of those transferrable skills. Laura loves getting to know the customers and their property needs taking great pleasure in finding them their very own Little Mansion. Always enthusiastic and with excellent customer service skills Lauras positive attitude makes her a pleasure to speak to and handle all your property enquiries.  In her spare time Laura loves to spend time with her family and is an avid hiker often out chasing waterfalls with a desire to open a branch of Little Mansions on the peak of Snowden! Louise has joined us from a well known local lettings agency in Staffordshire and she brings with her a huge amount of experience and knowledge having worked in Property Management and Lettings for many years and recently achieving the Level 3 Technical award in Lettings & Property Management.  Louise is an enthusiastic and positive addition to the team and we are very excited to welcome her to the team knowing that we will benefit greatly from her background in the industry.  In her free time Louise is kept incredibly busy with her young family and loves to send time with her little ones whenever she can.

Michele has been a very welcome addition to our Little Mansions family bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having been working in this busy industry for over 6 years.  Michele has a fantastic no nonsense approach which keeps our tenants on their toes ensuring that our Landlords largest and most important assets are being looked after with the respect and attention that they deserve. Michele enjoys holidaying abroad, cooking and is always out and about enjoying life when shes not enjoying her work. A fantastic hard working member of the team.

Richard and Pauline are well known for their husband and wife roots in Little Mansions, a fabulous team both inside and outside of work, working together to develop this thriving lettings agency. Richard is the money man and looks after the client account every day (even when he’s enjoying a holiday he will be slogging away).  Richard as a passion for vintage cars and loves listening to music – a long drive to the South of France may seem to some a long journey but to Richard is a heavenly adventure doing two of his favourite things.

With 23 years working in the industry and locally raised Rachel has dedicated her career to the private rented sector and now is excited to be working with the company growing this busy lettings agency and is looking forward. Rachel is forward thinking and is always looking for opportunities to be innovate and embrace new technology to improve processes for both clients and staff.  Qualified to level 4 accreditation Rachel is dedicated to her study and development and continues to keep a close eye on the continual changes in legislation and regulations ensure landlords remain compliant. In her spare time Rachel is a keen runner and recently completed her 5^th half marathon, she also loves to read and take long walks with her dog.

After joining the company more than 3 years after ago James quickly climbed the ladder in short succession from trainee negotiator to property manager to his now well deserved position as Office and Lettings Manager. James’ excellent customer service skills and professionalism keeps the department at Little Mansions running smoothly and efficiently. With a background in marketing James particular enjoyment (which shows in his work) comes from showcasing our stunning properties with his keen photography skills taking some fantastic and interesting photos to display their unique qualities.  James is often busy on the phone talking to our clients and is often praised for his fantastic attitude as he aims to provide nothing but the most professional and dedicated service as expected from our Little Mansions team. Outside of the office James likes to spend his time socialising with friends and family and enjoys his cars and watching F1 Formula racing.

Starting the business from grass roots in 2002 Pauline is well known in Stafford and Uttoxeter for her hard work and tenacity, the company has flourished under her care and guidance and is now a successful and busy independent lettings agency that is well known for its personal service and dedication to Landlords.  In her free time Pauline loves to enjoy the garden and is a talented crafter and artist.
