This means our Tenancy documents are more securely stored on password protected servers, we are proud to be environmentally friendly and it’s so convenient for both our landlords and tenants to sign the paperwork, meaning they can do it at their own convenience wherever they may be in the world!
We love to show off our rental properties and market them in the best light possible with great photography, brochures, window advertisements, website presence and major portal uploads. We are most proud of our ability to create Virtual Tours for our properties which have been essential during 2020 and the Covid lockdown period, allowing our clients to continue to property hunt without fearing exposure. Looking into the future this technology will remain incredibly useful as our busy society turns back on and tenants want to make sure that the choices they are making for their rental property are researched well to avoid wasting time on pointless viewings. With this technology, they are able to take a tour inside and outside the property before they even have to get in the car. This cuts down on unsuitable viewings and usually results in swift applications.
