We offer three options of service and will charge a set-up fee, which will be taken from the first month’s rent and a management fee as agreed which will be taken as a percentage of the gross rent due for the period of the tenancy.

  • Chase rent arrears with tenant [and Guarantor if required]
  • Offer advice on rent and Legal protection*
  • Complete a comprehensive photographic Inventory & Schedule of Condition prior to tenancy*
  • Take meter readings and inform the utilities of changes in Tenancy
  • Inspect property twice per annum (or if required provide services for more visits*)
  • Provide (tenant permitting) photos and report on maintenance recommendations
