As we periodically have landlords who may be looking to diverge their property portfolios and may be selling some of their assets off, occupied or vacant, we may be able to set you up with what we know is a tried and tested let with us – that way we have all the history of the property and tenancy paperwork already at hand starting you off right from the completion with a tenant.
We can also help you with financial advice by putting you in touch with an independent mortgage advisor to search for the best mortgage deals and because they are independent they can explore the offers being made by all available lenders and offer you the best advice.

Our Fees
Bronze Service
We will search the current market for suitable buy to let property and advise on potential rent achievable and yields * £75 + VAT
*Period of search over 3 months. 50% of fee is refundable on set-up fee if property is let with Little Mansions
Silver Service
We will search the current market for suitable buy to let property and advise on potential rent achievable and yields, view property within surrounding areas ** £175 + VAT
** Property viewings restricted to property within 15 mile radius of Branch and is for a period of 3 months. 25% of fee is refundable on set-up fee if property is let with Little Mansions
Gold Service
We will search the current market for suitable buy to let property and advise on rent, advise on potential rent achievable and yields, view a property within surrounding areas (15 mile radius of the branch), make an offer to the estate agent (supporting financial information will be required), be the point of contact for queries during the sale (if required), collect keys at completion*** £375 + VAT
*** Property viewings restricted to property within 15 mile radius of Branch and is for a period of 3 months. The package includes a management fee discount of just 7% + vat for the first 6 months of your letting.

If you’re an existing Landlord either with Little Mansions of another Agency we also offer a variation of Asset Assist with the chance to put together our Investors who want to buy and Landlords who want to sell – one could say they are an Investor Match made in Heaven!
For a fee of £500 inc vat we will partner you up with our register of investors who may well buy your rental property with the tenant in situ and negotiate the sale with you and them direct – this will save you having to instruct a sales agent at all which could save you hundreds if not thousands of ££££*
